Think the staff work from home. The first advisor who I spoke to was shocking. I heard a child in the background call her mum and next thing I know the call was cut off. The second advisor was helpful and very informative but the price of the car was under 2k cheaper than selling it private so I refused to sell it at that price and they said there’s nothing they could do about the price. I thought it was a bid for dealers to bid on the car? Why don’t you set a reserve for the customer and go from there and everyone is happy. Just a waste of time in my opinion.
