Went through the whole process, supplying photos, documents etc. the car was sold in auction and then…. Nothing. The dealer who purchased the car via auction never contacted me and all communication with Motorway was responded with a standard template - the same one over and over again “Thank you for letting me know. Your buyer should be in touch within 48 working hours”
Again and again.
Very poor, service using scripts and templates so have decided to sell privately.
