Had afternoon tea shown to our seats, didnt ask if there were any dietary requirements, minimum selection of food, sandwiches had started to go stale and cakes had no taste. Minimal interaction with waiter then charged a service charge and also on the bill was £5 each for a window view, which we didn't ask for. Not a good experience
