I purchased Matt's 12 week plan and his nutrition guide, along with joining his Fb group and his daily emails which when combined, all add up to a recipe for success. The training plan and nutrition guide are well laid out and easy to follow, and Matt and the group are always available with advice if I needed help with anything. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended.
