Got a couple of queens and a springbox. Customer support (email and phone) was great. Was able to coordinate delivery schedule well. Web URL was also provided so you can track any adjustments to your delivery.
Delivery guys were good. Brought up all my orders to the third floor into the rooms. Note that you have to pay extra to have the stuff delivered to the rooms.
Overall, painless way to get mattresses fast, easy, and on a budget.
