I visited their Etobicoke store on a Sunday and was welcomed by Conor. He spent a few minutes to explain how everything was organized and then let me to try as many mattresses as I wanted. If I had a question he patiently answered them all.
It took me around one hour to make my decision and couldn’t appreciate more that the staff were not following me all the time.
Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend the store to everyone.
