I visited the store in Hamilton and it was a pleasure. My partner and I were welcomed warmly and received clear directions where to look for the perfect mattress. They gave us time to browse and did not pressure us to any purchase. We actually did not purchase the mattress that day and end up buying it online, since we knew what we wanted (store visit).
The delivery took 3 days but it was communicated since the beginning. On the delivery day, they called informing they were on their way, and called again when they arrived.
Awesome service. I recommend.
