The fees seem expensive but when I think of the money I save in the long run (my buy to let was losing me 6-7000 a year before any repairs or maintenance factored in) and the shortfall was never going to disappear then it makes perfect sense. I opted for the Iva option to get my shortfall cleared and Tom, Colm, Darren and a special mention for Mark in particular were all first class and so easy to deal with every step of the way. Yes it was stressful in places, yes it took longer than I hoped and yes i sometimes wondered if it was not going to end but we got there and I’m now out of the iva and debt free. Keep up the great work guys you are desperately needed to help others in the same position
