We ordered the https://niture.co.uk/product/oseasons-malta-rattan-9-seat-u-shape-set-in-ocean-grey/ on the 1 May, as soon as it was available to pre-order. There was a delay in delivery (that was outside their control), but the team rang and apologised and kept us up to date throughout. As the delivery date got closer they prioritised the delivery to us to meet a family event that we had planned. The furniture arrived in time!!
