My son ordered a new plate for his bike on the 30th of March paid 38 pounds for next day delivery through pay pall. Was asked to show proof of log book and his driving licence which he did and received email back saying all received . Message to say dispatched on the 31 st of March. So he though all sorted for when he can ride it on his birthday on the 10th of April. Only the reg never came . 8th of April sent Email to So called number 1 plates to ask when his plate had not arrived , to be told it’s never been sent as my son never sent documents, even though he did and has the email from the company to prove he did . So birthday ruined great for a 17 year old as no plate and down almost 39 quid too . Shocked is all I can say as his mum
