A few days later still not arrived
Couldn’t make contact via phone so emailed
Responded a few days later informing me they needed additional information to process the order
Why wasn’t this flagged and they contacted me?
Why wasn’t this requested during the order process?
As nearly two weeks had passed I’d since ordered plates from elsewhere so looked to cancel they then had the audacity to attempt to charge me £3.99.
Seems like a scam to me
