Our house was flooded last week in Napier, our insurer would require a copy of the invoice for our furniture purchase 5 years ago. We could not find a hard copy of it, we sent an email to Oak Furniture Store & Sofas, we were impressed that they still kept the copy for us in their record, and we received the invoice copy on the second day by email.
