There was some confusion on our part with the delivery of our parts, so I emailed Omnitrack. Dan responded 2 minutes later via a phone call. He advised he would touch base with me when he got some information. 5 minutes later I had everything I needed! Excellent customer service is rare these days, and this company shines above the rest!
