I bought a bit of silver bedding for it to come without pillow cases, it then says gotta email as no phone number to call so waiting time 48 hours for a reply, 5 days later they finally reply to make out I havent looked properly for the pillow cases, and then said that I have to send it back meaning i have to spend money getting something to pack it in as packaging ripped while opening it and sed it back to then wait for assessment before refunding or replacing, and then offered £1.80 refund if I keep it without pillowcases when if I was to go shop and buy pillowcases they would cost more then that. This company is a disgrace and ill not be using these again and getting everyone to leave negative feedback
