Leider war der Rucksack zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung nicht auf Lager. Dieser Fakt wurde allerdings nicht angezeigt. Irgendwann wurde ich unruhig, da ich ihn für eine Reise brauche. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und offen. Tatsächlich wurde kurz darauf der Rucksack verschickt, auch wenn mir ein späterer Termin genannt wurde. Ab da hat alles super geklappt und auch der Kontakt per Mail war nett und zuverlässig (mein Versuch über Facebook hat leider nicht funktioniert).
