Yesterday we hung our sloping vertical blackout blinds - and they are fabulous. The whole experience of getting some samples, asking questions, getting a quote, and the final product has been great. Communication was also excellent, as there was aslight delay to the initial delivery date, but this was slight and not an issue. If I have any small quibbles, I would say the installation instructions could be a bit clearer/better written and made more product specific (as they are generic for all vertical blinds). Also, I would have liked longer pull and turning cords, but I guess their length has been goverened by health & safety rules rather than by Order Blinds. That aside, they look great and do the job perfectly.
