Ordered on the 29.11.22 and still no word on when I will receive my order it is now the 15.12.22

Spoke to 2 people the first said they would get back to me witch didn’t happen then the other said they don’t no when it’s coming in . Don’t think I will buy from your store again . Would have thought you would only sell items you have and not take payment for items you don’t no when they will arrive to you
