I have had a terrible experience with this company, to start with the order was late which would be fine except they never bothered to contact me to tell me it was delayed, I had to contact them.
Then when it eventually turned up there were multiple damaged and missing pieces, bits of wood were missing and had clearly never been put on indicating poor quality control.
Then to top it off getting hold of anyone to get anything resolved is impossible, you sit on the phone for ages and they take over a week to respond to emails.
