I cannot find the words to describe how shambolic the company is, I feel sorry for the employees as they do not deviate from the script and have had a rough time since the price increase fiasco. Their billing is chaotic at best; customer service variable and they will be the next Economy energy unfortunately. Yes, they are cheap but their inexperience will be their downfall. I left them after about 6 months and would strongly advise others to do the same or not even consider them; they are making the big 6 seem like a better choice. Should the company wish to take offence to this review then kindly review the number of calls and dropped calls made, the duration of the calls to your poorly trained staff and the HUGE spike in my account credits and debits for the wording of this review. Good luck to all of the employees of this sinking ship.
