We purchased 3 Betula Pendula Youngii, for our back garden. The order was delayed due to bad weather, but we were kept informed. When delivery was arranged, we could track it,and whe I went outside they had been placed safely on our driveway, behind the gates. The trees were planted the same day and loon fab. Can't wait to see them in leaf. Great product and great customer service.
