I placed two orders with PP. The first was for 100 Western Red Cedar plants with a height between 2.0 to 2.25m. The distribution team were very good and accommodating. Half hour before the delivery was due I received a call from the driver advising the pallets had collapsed and that the delivery could not take place. This was initially disappointing as I had landscapers arriving the next morning to install the plants. After consultation with the distribution team (around 4pm), they organised a re-scheduled delivery for first thing the following morning (before 10am). The delivery turned up at 9:15am and all the plants were in good condition allowing the plants to be installed. The second order was for another 40 plants of the same. These were delivered on time and in good quality. I would use PP again and therefore recommend them to others.
