The part of the website I was using - personalised banners - was not easy to use and somehow I seem to have been sent two of the same banner rather than what I ordered (or thought I had ordered). I have sent an email to customer services explaining that my order is not correct and noone has bothered to come back to me....but you are very quick to request feedback! Hence I have to rate you as very poor right now - dificult to use website, wrong items sent, no-one has responded to my email.
