Excellent service. I ordered next day delivery and got it. I didn't tick the box authorising parcel could be left at neighbours and I had to go out but wAs desperate for item for that evening. I rang the carrier and they wouldn't accept my instruction it had to come from supplier. Fair enough that was a safe guard. I rang the supplier and it was all set up in seconds and they even rang me back after speaking to carrier to confirm all sorted. I would have no hesitation in using Partyrama again nor in recommending them.
