Actual build quality was very good and when I called customer support due to a problem with the GPU they were friendly and helpful but did try to tell me the GPU I had ordered was out of stock and I would have to go with a lower priced model until I kicked up a fuss and one magically appeared in the stockroom. However, the way the PC was packaged with no GPU support meant that the GPU was broken when it got delivered. Due to delivery of the PC being a Friday, no deliveries from PC Specialist over the weekend and a complete shambles on DPD’s part I had to wait until Tuesday to get my new GPU. Overall a good experience but in my opinion PC Specialist need to look at packaging and choose a different delivery company.
