They helped me from the get go to figure out what type of pc i would need to specific tasks. ie video editing design work and streaming. They are quick at replying to messages about enquiries including any tech problems after receiving the pc. Only bad things i would say it basically took nearly a month from payment, build to delivery. Also the delivery company DPD had a van breakdown during transit so i thought they had lost the pc due to PC Specialist saying its been dispatched from site and DPD saying they haven't even got the parcel yet so i was trying to figure out what was going on after they missed the delivery date set. I then emailed PC Specialist asking what's going on they then replied saying a van breakdown had happened. The pc was then with me the next day after this problem happened. Also the cable management in the back of the pc is cable tied down very tight and the cables going to my gpu could be less tight as my cables are basically doing a 90 degrees into the back of the pc. So from that i might have to go into the pc at some point and change the cable management and loosen certain cables to put less stress on the cables. Apart from these problems i am completely happy with the service from PC Specialist i would recommend to friends etc.
