I encountered excellent customer service from the moment I started dealing with PCUK. Initially that was felt over the phone when I made my first enquiry, it was then re-in-forced when I visited the shop itself.
From start to finish I was kept informed as to the progress of my repair, the costs were clearly laid out upfront and my Laptop was even returned before the estimated due date.
Fantastic staff, friendly and always happy to help and assist.
