I’ve had pets best insurance for 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. My claims have been processed smoothly and fairly. Any delays are well communicated. The website is easy to navigate, and the statement of benefits is clear and easy to understand.
The only critique is that the hold times on the phone can be long but they make up for it by being very responsive via email.
All in all a great experience working with this company.
