I had heard bad things about pet insurance so I was worried pets best would be the same, it was not! I have had very positive experiences with pets best despite very difficult circumstances. Every person I spoke to about my claims were very helpful and sympathetic. The helpline with medical specialists was a real comfort to help me feel comfortable moving forward with treatment and knowing that it would be covered under the insurance. I would recommend this insurance to anybody with fur babies.
