We got a new puppy in December and was referred to Pets Best from another Havanese ower. We are so glad we went with Pets Best. Our puppy injested a foreign object in May and we submitted the claim. Happy to say we were reimbursed within the 30 days as promised and it was directly deposited into our bank account. We did call to check progress and it's such a pleasant experience speaking with such nice, knowlegable people that understand your situation.
