On anything that is not routine care, it takes a really long time for the claim to process. I submitted a claim nearly a month ago and it is still in progress. I receive apology email regarding the time it has taken, but explanation as to why. I just started with this insurance company, so giving them a change to do the right thing, so we'll see.
