My first experience to buy a refurbished phone is wonderful. All thanks to this store! I ordered mine during holiday season so I expected for this delivery to be delayed. They sent me a mesaage to notify me that it might delay the shipment which, that alone is good enough for me. I received it after 5 business days (not bad at all). I bought the one that is "Like New" and yes, it was spotless/scratchless and looks very much like new when I received it. It's amazing and I am enjoying using it. So far, i don't see any problems at all. Thank you, Phonebot.
