O ile klient ma możliwość wyboru przedziału z dokładnością do pół godziny, np. 15:00-16:00, to tyle kurier ma przedział dwugodzinny, np. 14:00-16:00 - powoduje to nieporozumienia przy dostawie, bo np. kurier chciałby sprzęt zostawić/odebrać, ale drugiej osoby nie ma w tym czasie w domu. Warto byłoby ujednolicić czas odbioru po obu stronach, by cały proces usprawnić.
