The process was misleading. I placed a multi-product order with this company because of the specific 'in stock 2-day delivery' date, and on that date the order didn't arrive. I checked the email confirmation only to discover the order was on hold as one item was now out of stock, and thus the entire delivery was on hold until I confirmed my intentions. Once I confirmed to go ahead with the rest of the order, it took a further week to arrive. My plumbers were there unable to install. I wish I had gone just gone to Wicks.
