Order arrived & toilet pan broken so i contacted Plumbworld they instructed me to go to returns, but site is down for maintenance, so now i had a customer who was expecting there new toilet fitting the day after the delivery date .with no toilet so ive had to purchase another toilet from a local supplier.So now i have to wait for the returns site to be back online to arrange a return & my refund. POOR AFTER SALES
