It would appear that when you give plumbworld a bad review they have an army of "invited customers" to give good reviews and scew the ratings in their favour
I have finally received a 8mm silicone tipped grubscrew which according to their "customer service " doesn't exist this has taken me 7 photographs and over 40 emails back and forth even the CEO james harking can't be bothered to contact customers or respond to emails
They are inept and don't understand the benefit of customers to a business
