No problem with Plumbworld whatsoever. Polite, quick to despatch and luckily the tap set was well protected in their boxes.
Shame about their choice of cowboy courier though, delivery man dumped it behind pots and ran away….guess why?…..packet ripped open!
Tracking info for the next day delivery disappeared late on the stated day and was delivered the day after :(
