Customer service ignorant n ignore you. 30mts to get thro if you're lucky then they specialise in being non commital. Frustrating as hell if you're trying to line up a plumber.
I shall continue walking in to B&Q dealing with nice staff n arranging my own delivery.
Hopefully without their stress I'll live longer 😡😡😡
