Beautiful collection of lamps and shades. Took a while to select the right ones for our room, but Pooky customer service very responsive and helpful. Returns process very efficient. Clearly quite a large business now but have so far managed to retain a small company feel and personalised service. We are delighted with our final choice, and would definetely use again and recommend.
