My lamp is absolutely beautiful. It arrived quickly and I love it! My only complaint was with the packaging. It arrived in a big slab of polystyrene inside a cardboard box. Not only is it terrible for the environment but the little balls that broke off the polystyrene went everywhere and they were so static they were a nightmare to clean up. Overall great product, great service just please try and improve your packaging.
