YOU CANNOT HIDE BEHIND THE EXCUSE 'We are online only so therefore don't use a telephone'
That's outdated, pathetic, and gives a dreadful customer experience. Why on earth don't you listen to all the awful reviews about your service and do something about it? I, as many, have used you once and will NEVER use you again. You are losing customers daily for a totally avoidable reason.
