Absolutely fantastic service! I bought Choppard glasses for my beloved wife - a dream model, which I bought in Pretavoir cheaper than in Poland, where I live. Fantastic glasses, well packed, in perfect condition. From the beginning, the contact with the staff was very good, they answered my questions quickly, even though I was a little late with the purchase, the staff was patient (thank you Vesile!:)). What surprised me was the quick delivery - the order was placed on the weekend, the glasses arrived on Tuesday - it only took two days! Please note: delivery UK -> PL! To sum up - if you are still wondering whether to order your glasses from Pretavoir - don't waste your time, do it! I will definitely come back here for another order!
