Been ordering from Pretavoir for a couple of times, customer service is always helpful and very responsive. My lens got scratches so I sent it back for a warranty repair, and they replaced the frame too as it’s warped, for free! I’m absolutely delighted :)
This is now the only place I go for my new glasses!
