Lovely shoes and very comfortable. I ordered 4 different pairs straight from the website not realising there weren't free returns (my error as most places do offer this). However, I then needed to return the shoes I did not want. Well, this was beyond a joke. The customer service team are quick to respond, but the whole process is a nightmare! First, your paying to return. Secondly, their chosen returns provider (Yodel- at £4.60) DOES NOT WORK. Yodel are useless when you ask for help. Their link to create a returns label does not work and they offer no real solutions other than 'clearing your cookies from your web browser.' Absolute joke of a company. Finally, you will have to go with a different provider like Royal Mail, which will end up costing you more money in the long run. If you can, do NOT order directly from their website as returning will add additional stress before your big day. I would suggest ordering from somewhere like John Lewis, where you know you will be able to return easily. Equally, I would highly recommend a fairly big company (growing company) like this to be offering a better solution for return their goods. This was the only thing that put me off Rainbow shoes.
