Hi Unfortunately the website had a bit of a malfunction when I placed the order and so it advised me that I hadn't purchased my item as it was still in the checkout basket and so I was directed back to the site and completed the purchase. I then got an email saying my order had been accepted and then about 5 minutes later I got another email saying that my order had been accepted. So it turns out that I'd accidentally ordered the item twice! Next few days both orders turned up. I'm happy with order (boots) but I do t need two of them. I'm still waiting for my refund - which is taking longer than expected. If this could be prioritised as the glitch on the website caused this. Thanks PS - spoke to their customer services about this and the guy was really helpful and friendly but said that returns aren't being prioritised!
