We hate this fireplace!
It takes 20 minutes for the fan to come on
It is noisy when it kicks off with constant banging, clicking and vibration sound
The heat goes up in addition to out which means we cannot use our mantle for anything as it would melt or burn,
The trim package that was used is ugly and fake /cheap looking
Wish we had never spent this much money on it, def not worth it
