Bought a P36E Regency fireplace. Very loud noises when it was warming up and cooling. Tech support couldn’t help the installer solve the problem. Eventually they replaced the whole unit with a new one. New one is better but still has a ticking noise after the flame lights and continues until fan starts.
I would recommend you stay away from this Regency.
