As I told Raymond, I had paid some scammers for years to scan my computer. They would call me frequently that I had a problem and I need a new software program to correct it. So usually never less than $100 at a shot. For a while I paid either $599 or $299 at a time. I did report them, but don't know what happened to them if anything. Thank you... Verna
