Salesman Chris Lang called me the day after I had researched a rake for my Kubota excavator on the Rhinox website. Chris answered all questions about the rake for my machine which allowed me to then order the rake. The rake was promptly shipped to the local Portland, Maine FedEx terminal arriving in only 2 days. FedEx informed me that due to their schedules I would not get the rake for another 8 days. Chris called FedEx and arranged for me to pick up the rake myself so I could start working right away. The past few days I have been using the rake to clear heavy brush on my farm and it is amazing how effciently the rake removes brush and more importantly the brush roots.
