I ordered a child’s mattress with delivery expected in 3-5 days. On day 5 I was contacted by Room to Grow saying there were stock issues with this mattress, and they couldn’t guarantee when delivery would occur. They helpfully provided some other options that were in stock, and then reordered and issued a refund for the price difference really quickly, including waiving the delivery fee at my request. Delivery of the new mattress was a day later than they specified, but generally the customer service and product quality I’ve experienced is very good.
