The box is great. I'm impressed with how much it comes with - I definitely feel the value is worth what you pay. The box mostly consists of snacks and treats. My first box had enough tea for two small 4 oz. cups or one 8 oz. mug. The snacks have interesting, different, unique tastes and textures. I savored each treat, enjoying one or 2 at a time, stretching the experience over weeks. Each day, I looked forward to the next treat. It ships to Canada via DHL and arrives in just a few days. Great customer service. I initially signed up for 1 month at a time, then signed up for 3 months after I received my first box. I was then charged for 1 month after being charged for the 3 months - I thought the 3 month subscription would replace the monthly subscription, but each is a separate subscription. They are refunding me for the 1 month charge. They will refund you if the box has not shipped.
